On-demand support is US$120 an hour, tracked in 15-minute increments and billed monthly for the time used, with no minimum request or monthly minimum. Ongoing care plans are quoted to your needs. We joined Animal Charity Evaluators to support its existing WordPress website when its developer went on maternity leave. The work continues within its established structure and custom fields. For your site, we review the setup and agree priorities before starting; taking it over does not automatically mean rebuilding it. Voiceflow’s work with us began with an AI demo and grew into new pages, CMS changes and a wider update to its marketing website. A request might be a small fix or a separately scoped piece of design and development. We agree the work, cost and timing before starting.
