The work the website needs to do. A Focused project centres on one clear offer. Growth adds more audiences, content templates, migration or connections to existing tools. Custom covers work such as applications or websites for several brands or regions. All three include design, development and handover. A larger budget pays for a broader or more complex scope; the ranges are starting points for a conversation, with the final scope and fixed fee in your proposal.

Page count alone is a poor guide. A collection of articles using one template can need less design work than a handful of pages with different layouts and interactions. Those articles still need checking and migrating. When scoping a site, separate unique templates, content entries and custom functionality so you can see where the work sits.

The right platform depends on your content, editing needs and integrations. An existing feature may cover a requirement on one platform, while another needs custom development or a paid tool. Compare the build cost alongside hosting, software and ongoing maintenance. We agree those choices during scoping rather than assuming that one platform is always the cheapest.

The content, page templates and tools your site connects to vary by project. The ranges help you plan a budget; your written proposal gives you a fixed, itemised price before work starts. If you need extra work, we agree its cost with you first.

On-demand support is US$120 an hour, tracked in 15-minute increments and billed monthly for the time actually used, with no minimum request or monthly minimum. Care plans are quoted to your site’s needs.

A deposit to start, one or more milestone payments, and the balance on completion. The exact split is set out in your quote before you sign.

Third-party costs such as domains, hosting beyond a care plan, stock imagery, fonts and paid tools are paid directly by you. We identify these during scoping.

GBP prices exclude VAT. We do not add VAT to USD or CAD prices. We show GBP in the UK, CAD in Canada and USD elsewhere. You can change currency using the selector. These are fixed prices in each currency, not live exchange-rate conversions; your proposal confirms the currency and total.

Yes. Start with the audiences, pages and functions you need for launch, then identify what can follow. Reusing a suitable template and preparing approved content can reduce work. Keep migration, redirects, responsive checks and essential forms in the first phase when they are needed for launch. We can quote later improvements separately or handle smaller changes through ongoing support.

You don’t need a finished brief to get in touch. Start with what you’d like to change, even if you’re still working that out. Before pricing the work, we’ll talk through the content, tools, access and input needed from your team, then set out the scope and fixed fee in writing.

No. There are no long contracts, and on-demand support has no monthly minimum. Accounts are set up in your name wherever the platform allows, and anything we hold is transferred at handover.
