Why ranges instead of one fixed price?
The content, page templates and tools your site connects to vary by project. The ranges help you plan a budget; your written proposal gives you a fixed, itemised price before work starts. If you need extra work, we agree its cost with you first.
What if our budget is under £6k?
Tell us early and we’ll discuss whether we can help. Improving your existing site through on-demand support at £90 an hour plus VAT may be the better route, starting with the changes that matter most.
How website support worksWhat does ongoing support cost?
On-demand support is £90 an hour plus VAT, tracked in 15-minute increments and billed monthly for the time actually used, with no minimum request or monthly minimum. Care plans are quoted to your site’s needs.
How do payments work?
A deposit to start, one or more milestone payments, and the balance on completion. The exact split is set out in your quote before you sign.
What costs sit outside the quote?
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting beyond a care plan, stock imagery, fonts and paid tools are paid directly by you. We identify these during scoping.
Is VAT included, and which currency do you use?
No. Every figure on this page is in pounds, excluding VAT, which is added where it applies. We quote in dollars for clients outside the UK.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. We can scope a focused first phase, then work on further improvements through a care plan or on-demand support at your own pace.
Are we tied into ongoing support?
No. There are no long contracts, and on-demand support has no monthly minimum. Accounts are set up in your name wherever the platform allows, and anything we hold is transferred at handover.
