Do you only maintain sites you have built?
No. We often look after existing Webflow, Framer, and WordPress sites that were built elsewhere. We start with a short review so we understand how everything is set up.
What does a typical maintenance arrangement look like?
Some clients prefer pay as you go, sending tasks as needed. Others book a simple monthly block for updates, checks, and small improvements. We can suggest an approach based on how often your site changes.
Can you help if something breaks suddenly?
Yes. If you have an issue like a broken form, a layout problem, or a page that has gone offline, we treat it as a priority task and let you know what we find.
How do we request changes?
Whatever works best for you. Many clients send tasks by email or Slack. We will give you access to a client portal where you can monitor and make requests if preferred.
What if a task is bigger than expected?
If something turns out to be more than a quick fix, we will explain why and suggest treating it as a mini project with its own scope and price. You stay in control of what goes ahead.
