What does support cost?
On-demand support is £90 an hour plus VAT, tracked in 15-minute increments and billed monthly for the time used, with no minimum request or monthly minimum. Ongoing care plans are quoted to your needs. We send a written estimate of the work, cost and timing for you to approve before we start.

Yes. We review your site and explain what needs attention. Then we agree priorities with you before ongoing work starts.
Are we tied into a long contract?
No. There are no long contracts, and on-demand support has no monthly minimum. Support continues while it is useful. If you move on, we hand over anything we hold for your website.
How do we send you requests?
Describe the problem or task in plain language, in Slack or Teams or over email. We translate it into the right work, with no ticket portal to learn.
How quickly can you help?
New enquiries get a reply within one working day. For clients, we agree how you send requests and typical response times. Tell us what needs attention and whether it is urgent. We confirm availability, scope and timing in writing before starting, and agree priorities with you.
