How does website support work?
You send a task, we confirm the scope and share an hour estimate, then we design or build the change and QA it before it reaches your team. You review via a preview or staging link, then we push live and share a short recap of what changed.

What kind of tasks can we send?

New pages and design work are a smaller part of the mix. In practice that means things like GA4 event tracking, Core Web Vitals fixes, responsiveness fixes, plugin management and the occasional new landing page.
How do we submit tasks and communicate with you?
Message us in Slack. A short message or a screenshot is plenty, and we handle the ticketing, scoping and QA from there. Teams and the client portal work too if you prefer them. When we ship, we can send a short Loom walking through what changed so your team can do it next time.
