What does support cost?
On-demand support is US$120 an hour, tracked in 15-minute increments and billed monthly for the time used, with no minimum request or monthly minimum. Ongoing care plans are quoted to your needs. We send a written estimate of the work, cost and timing for you to approve before we start.
