Performance that visitors can actually feel

Most teams know Core Web Vitals matter, but real life performance problems are easy to ignore. Pages feel fine on a fast laptop, lab scores are inconsistent and nobody owns the overall picture. This service is built to change that. We look at your website through the same lens as your visitors and search engines, then target the bottlenecks that move the needle.

We start with a structured audit of key templates and high traffic pages. Where possible we use real user data, not just synthetic tests. We combine field data, lab tests and flame charts so we can see both the symptoms and the causes. From there we map issues into clear categories such as render blocking resources, layout shifts, JavaScript weight, image and video problems or infrastructure concerns.

A clear plan for Core Web Vitals

Core Web Vitals are just three letters LCP, CLS and INP but they touch almost every part of a site. Rather than chasing individual metrics in isolation, we build a simple plan that links fixes back to those three outcomes.

For Largest Contentful Paint, we focus on the real hero of the page the main visual or headline that visitors need to see. We optimize how that asset is loaded, how the layout is structured and how quickly the browser can paint it. For Cumulative Layout Shift, we look at image dimensions, fonts, interstitials and animations that cause the screen to jump. For Interaction to Next Paint, we analyze long JavaScript tasks, heavy third party scripts and interaction patterns that keep the main thread busy.

The aim is not a perfect score in one synthetic test. The aim is a healthier pattern in your real user data and a site that feels responsive for the people who pay you.

Cleaning up assets and scripts

Many performance problems come from assets that were added in a hurry large hero images, autoplay video, multiple analytics tags, duplicated pixels and marketing tools that nobody remembers owning. We help you untangle this.

We identify which assets truly support your goals and which can be removed, replaced or lazy loaded. Images are compressed and sized appropriately, modern formats are used where they make sense and background video is handled with care. Script loading is reviewed so important functionality remains while unnecessary weight is removed. Where possible, we consolidate tags and move non critical code off the critical path.

Throughout this process we keep you in the loop. You see a clear list of what will change, why it matters and what the impact is likely to be.

Layout, structure and templates

Performance is not just about servers and file sizes. The way templates are built has a huge effect on how quickly and smoothly they render. We review your layouts on Webflow, Framer or WordPress and look for opportunities to simplify DOM structure, reduce nested wrappers and avoid unnecessary complexity.

We also look at how components are reused. Small changes to shared sections for example a heavy navigation or a complex hero pattern can benefit an entire site at once. Where layout shifts are caused by late loading content, we add sensible placeholders and spacing so the page feels calm even as assets load.

Measurable before and after

A performance project is only successful if everyone can see the impact. At the start we capture a baseline for your agreed pages using both lab tests and any field data we can access. At the end we rerun the same tests and compare the results.

You receive a short, understandable report that shows what changed, how Core Web Vitals and other key metrics moved and what is still worth monitoring. We keep the language practical so it can be shared with non technical stakeholders without translation.

Setting you up for long term health

Core Web Vitals are not a one time switch. They change as you add content, install new tools and change designs. Part of this service is helping you stay out of trouble in the future.

We share simple guidelines for content editors, designers and marketers so new pages do not slowly undo the gains. That might include image size ceilings, rules for new scripts, checks before launching campaigns or patterns for future sections. If you want continued support, we can plug in as an on demand partner to keep an eye on performance as your site grows.

This service is built for teams that want faster, calmer digital experiences without turning performance into a full time job.

How we work

  1. Kickoff and baseline

We identify priority pages, confirm target metrics and gather a performance baseline using both lab and field data where possible.

  2. Audit and findings

We dig into assets, scripts, templates and infrastructure, then group issues into a clear, prioritized list.

  3. Implementation

We apply fixes directly in Webflow, Framer or WordPress where we have access, or provide detailed instructions for your team or developers.

Core Web Vitals optimization FAQs

Contact us
  • Which platforms do you support for Core Web Vitals work?

We regularly work on Webflow, Framer and WordPress sites and can also advise on custom setups. The principles are the same. We target assets, scripts and layout patterns that affect real user metrics.

  • Can you guarantee that all metrics will be in the green?

No one can honestly guarantee specific scores, as performance depends on user devices, networks and future changes. What we can do is address the main bottlenecks, show you before and after results and give you clear guidance for keeping things healthy.

  • Will performance work break our existing design or tracking?

Our default approach is conservative. We protect critical tracking and core design patterns, and we explain any proposed changes before applying them. If a trade off is needed, we talk it through with you first.

  • How long does a typical Core Web Vitals project take?

It depends on the size and complexity of your site. A focused pass on a small marketing site can often be completed in a few weeks. Larger or heavily scripted sites will take longer. We will outline timings after the initial review.

  • Do you need access to our analytics or search console data?

Access is helpful but not mandatory. If you can share Google Analytics, Search Console or other performance data, we can target fixes more accurately and compare field metrics over time.

  • Can your team implement changes directly?

Yes. In many cases we can make changes directly in Webflow, Framer or WordPress. Where that is not possible, we provide clear implementation notes for your internal developers or existing agency.

  • What happens after the project ends?

You receive a summary of the work, before and after metrics and practical guidelines. If you would like ongoing help, we can move into a light support arrangement where we review new pages and changes on a regular basis.
