Show up as a writer without writing every word

You have plenty to say about your work, but sitting down to write is hard. By the time you finish client calls, internal meetings and actual delivery, creating a thoughtful LinkedIn post or article is the first thing to slip. Ghostwriting is how we separate your ideas from the blank page.

We treat ghostwriting as a partnership. You bring lived experience, decisions and stories. We bring structure, questioning and clear writing. The result is content that feels like something you would naturally say, just edited and shaped so other people can follow it.

Capturing your voice and boundaries

Good ghostwriting does not flatten everyone into the same tone. It should feel like you on a good day, not like an AI tool or a generic content calendar. At the start of our work together we spend time listening. That might be a voice note, a recorded call or a short interview where we talk through your background, beliefs and the way you normally explain things.

From that, we build a simple voice guide. It covers how formal you want to sound, how direct you like to be, phrases you would never use and topics that are off limits. We also clarify comfort levels around personal stories, vulnerability and opinions. These boundaries make it much easier to draft content that you are happy to put your name on.

Turning calls and notes into consistent content

You do not need to write drafts. Instead, we collect raw material in ways that fit your routine. That can be:

  • Short Looms or voice notes where you talk through a topic

  • Recorded conversations where we ask questions and you answer off the cuff

  • Bullet point notes, slides or internal documents you already have

We then turn this into a content pipeline. Ideas become outlines, outlines become drafts and drafts become published posts and articles. You review and approve, but you are not starting from scratch each time. Over time we learn what resonates most with your audience and lean into those patterns.

Formats that fit how you want to show up

Ghostwriting is not one size fits all. For some people it centres on LinkedIn posts that build a steady presence. For others it is long form articles, founder letters or in depth resources that live on the website. Often it is a mix.

We can support with:

  • LinkedIn posts and threads

  • Blog and resource articles for your site

  • Guest articles and contributed content

  • Founder or team letters and updates

  • Thought pieces that support launches or campaigns

Whatever the format, we keep content grounded in your real work, not abstract thought leadership for its own sake.

Balancing expertise, story and practicality

The best ghostwritten content feels useful, not showy. We focus on three layers:

  • Expertise: what you know from doing the work

  • Story: specific examples that make it feel real

  • Practicality: simple takeaways, frameworks or questions people can use

You might talk about how you structure a project, a mistake you see often, a behind the scenes decision or a client outcome. We help you filter and frame these in a way that feels honest and respectful. We avoid private details, confidential information and anything that would make clients uncomfortable.

Keeping approvals and scheduling simple

You should always see and approve content before it goes live. We agree a simple workflow that matches how you like to work. Many clients prefer:

  • A shared document or tool where drafts live

  • A weekly or bi-weekly review window

  • Clear deadlines for when feedback is needed

Once drafts are approved, we can either hand them over for your team to schedule or, where access allows, handle scheduling on your behalf. The process is light enough that you can approve content from a phone between meetings.

Evolving content with your positioning

As your positioning develops, your content should follow. New offers, clearer ideal customer profiles or shifts in direction are natural. Part of our role is to reflect those changes. We keep an eye on how you are talking in sales calls, what your team is focusing on and how your website presents things, then make sure ghostwritten content stays aligned.

This service is for people who want a thoughtful, long term presence rather than a burst of posts and then silence. We favour consistency over viral spikes and help you build a body of work that compounds over time.

What you get

  • Voice and positioning snapshot

A short document that captures your tone, boundaries, audiences, offers and key topics to guide all ghostwritten content.

  • Content themes and outline plan

A simple plan of recurring themes and content types, mapped against your goals and the platforms you care about most.

  • Regular draft content

A set number of LinkedIn posts, articles or other agreed formats drafted on a recurring schedule, ready for your review.

  • Edits and refinements

Revisions based on your feedback so posts and articles feel natural, accurate and comfortable for you to publish.

  • Publishing or handoff support

Either ready to paste content for your team or, where access allows, light support with scheduling and formatting on chosen platforms.

  • Performance and feedback notes

Periodic notes on which topics and formats seem to resonate, plus suggestions on how to evolve themes and angles.

How we work

  1. Kickoff and voice capture

We start with a short workshop or interview to understand your story, tone, goals and boundaries, then capture this in a simple voice guide.

  2. Idea gathering and planning

We collect initial ideas from calls, notes and existing content, then shape them into a light content plan across your chosen formats.

  3. Drafting and review rhythm

We draft posts and articles on a regular schedule, share them in batches for your review and refine based on your comments.

  4. Publishing and iteration

Once approved, content is published or handed over, and we adjust future topics and formats based on performance and your evolving priorities.

Ghostwriting FAQs

Contact us
  • Will the content really sound like me?

That is the goal. We spend time up front listening to how you speak and documenting your tone, preferences and boundaries. Early drafts are a chance to refine this together until it feels natural. Over time, the fit tends to improve as we work with more of your material.

  • Who owns the ideas and content?

You do. Everything we ghostwrite is based on your experience, opinions and direction. Once delivered and paid for, you are free to use, edit and repurpose the content however you like.

  • How much time do I need to invest each month?

Most clients spend a little time at the start to set direction, then 30 to 60 minutes a week or fortnight reviewing drafts or recording short voice notes. The whole point is to reduce time spent writing, not add more admin to your week.

  • Do you post directly from my accounts?

That depends on your preference. Some clients give us access to schedule posts, others prefer to handle the final publishing themselves. We are happy to work either way and will never post without your explicit approval.

  • Can you help with ideas if I am not sure what to talk about?

Yes. Part of our job is spotting themes in your work, questions your clients keep asking and topics that will help your audience. We can suggest angles and prompts so you are never starting from a blank page.

  • Do you write with SEO in mind for blog content?

Where ghostwriting includes blog or article content, we keep SEO in mind without letting it dominate. That means using natural language around relevant topics, structuring posts clearly and linking to useful pages on your site. For deeper SEO planning, we recommend combining this with our SEO and content services.

  • Is ghostwriting confidential?

Yes. We treat all ghostwriting work as confidential and will not share drafts, notes or client details without your permission. If you want us to be publicly credited we can, but most of the time our role is to stay in the background while you show up in public.
